Fine Mist Sprayers (CPC)
Finger sprayer is a conventional atomizer, with pre-compression sprayer engine; the liquid product can be broken down to a fine mist by priming lightly with a finger. We offer a wide selection of finger sprayers for different output, spray angles, sprayer patterns, closure sizes, etc. Viscous product or oil products used to post challenge for sprayer will also find solutions with us. Spray output ranges from 0.14 ~ 0.3ml.

Cream Jars
The 5ml plastic cream bottle is made of food-grade plastic and certificated for closures integrity test. It can be applied to ointment or cream product packaging, but aqueous product is not suggested. With its light and small size, it is generally used in making samples or trial pack, etc.

Large Dispensers
Large dispenser refers to high output 7.5ml to 30ml per stroke. Those are for institution use for cleaning, foodservice, automobile or chemical applications. These dispensers are strongly built, chemically and physically compatible with aggressive products. A wide range of closure sizes from 33mm to 110mm are available.

This closure has 58/400 neck standard, is specially made to fit 50ml PENELOPE glass jar. With its very thin PE inner cap with rigid aluminium overshell. The closure in glossy surface and mirror surface is suitable for use as a cosmetic accessory.

Caps For Glass Jars
Our caps are made to fit specific jars, so that we guarantee physical compatibility between the caps and jars. Some caps are made in one piece from ABS or PP, others are combo or dual cap with an inner cap and an over-shell in same or different material. This is to give a mirror-like flat surface or a ground for further decoration. The caps are not just made to fit, but it looks good as one whole design. The caps can be customized by changing base colour, adding printing, lacquering and foil stamping.

Trigger Sprayers
Trigger sprayers used for window or kitchen cleaner has superior features and proven reliability. Various trigger lines offer unique look and profile, low actuation force with wide array of nozzle designs to give different output, spray pattern, foam character, spray angles, etc. Output ranges from 0.7ml to 1.6ml. There is also power-driven trigger with hose extension for high output or continuous spray used in gardening and autocare applications.

Cosmetic Dispensers
Cosmetic dispensers are small in output: 0.17ml ~ 0.25ml for serum, eye gel and 0.35ml ~ 0.5ml for face lotion. By the pure path design, cosmetic product will not come in contact with any metal part when dispensing. Airless system prevents air get into the container by venting and is able to dispense viscous liquid.

Regular Dispensers
Conventional dispensers of output from 1ml to 2ml, widely used in hand soap, lotion, suntan lotion. Higher output of 3ml to 4ml is often used in bath lotion, shampoo, body lotion. Different head styles, closure sizes and texture are available. Please contact our sales person for more detail.
