Fine Mist Sprayers (Pharma)
Finger sprayer is a conventional atomizer, thanks to the pre-compression sprayer engine; the liquid product can be broken down to a fine mist by priming lightly with a finger. We offer a wide selection of finger sprayers for different output, spray angles, sprayer patterns, closure sizes, etc. Viscous product or oil products used to post challenge for sprayer will also find solutions with us. Spray output ranges from 0.14 ~ 0.3ml.
Regular Dispensers
Conventional dispensers of output from 1ml to 2ml, widely used in hand soap, lotion, suntan lotion. Higher output of 3ml to 4ml is often used in bath lotion, shampoo, body lotion. Different head styles, closure sizes and texture are available. Please contact our sales person for more detail.
Syrup Bottles
Syrup bottles are produced in Class 100,000 cleanroom where particles and microbials is controlled. The volumes of bottles range from 30 ml to 1,000 ml. The amber glass meets EP, USP and YBB standard for light transmission to effectively shield UV. Different closure systems are also available to fit the syrup bottles upon request.
Aluminum Containers
This is called the rigid wall aluminium containers made from extrusion from high purity aluminium ingot. These are monobloc containers with one opening, the ends can be processed to a curved flange to fit a plastic closure. The package can be used as tube containers for tablets, or pills. One can run multi-colour print inks on the surface, while inner surface can be lacquered to better fit for the intended products which come in contact.
Medicinal Oil Bottles
It is specialty products of traditional herbal oil popular in ASEAN and China. Each marketer prefers their own identity in the packaging, with elaborate engraving, precise filling volume and pin-hole for the opening. We can discuss special tooling to protect proprietary asset.
