肌肉注射或皮下注射的藥品直接穿透人體防衛的天然屏障進入身體,對患者而言是極高風險的給藥途徑。輸注用的內包材必須具備合宜的化學特性,把與藥物發生的相互作用減至最低。玻璃瓶而言,必須沒有脫片、內表面尖剌、瓶內黏絲、裂痕等嚴重缺欠。而包裝系統內的各配件的相互匹配、形成密封,即使要經過各種嚴苛的製藥流程、儲存和運輸,也不會影響其包裝品質。本公司提供的包材便具備這種條件。
Injection Vials
Injection vials can be made of Type I, II or III glass as classified by USP660 or EP3.2.1 for its hydrolytic resistance for surface and grain tests. Type I injection vials is borosilicate glass with good chemical stability and resistance to thermal and mechanical shock. Other glass displays different characteristics for their own purpose. Injection vials are also available in clear and amber colors.

Screw neck tubular vials can be made according to ISO11418-7 or as per customer's requirements for its dimensions and neck standards. The vials can be made of different glass types and color.

Ampoules
With decades of knowhow and sophisticated technology, all the ampoules are produced with type 1 glass tubes with excellent physiochemical performance and meet the requirements of EP, USP and YBB. In addition to ISO standard, we can supply ampoules of customized dimension upon request. Ampoules with part 1/part 2 OPC and breaking ring in accordance with ISO 9187 are available.

Lyophilisation Bottles
EasyLyo series are special lyophilisation bottles made of moulded borosilicate glass, it has extremely even glass distribution on the side wall and bottom, facilitating heat transfer during the lyophilisation process. EasyLyo has taken much of the configuration as tubular glass in small vials, but EasyLyo is also available in 10ml, 25ml, 30ml, 50ml and 100ml.

Infusion Bottles
Infusion bottles can be made of Type I, or II glass as classified by USP660 or EP3.2.1 for its hydrolytic resistance for surface and grain tests. Type I infusion bottles are borosilicate glass with good chemical stability and resistance to thermal and mechanical shock. Infusion bottles for LVP (Large Volume Parenteral product) of standard IV,TPN, are often packed in Type II glass. Type II infusion bottles are inexpensive and conforms to USP/EP and ISO4802-2 for HC2. Infusion bottles are available in clear and amber color.
